Our technicians start installing lights early November. The schedule may change based on weather. We start to takedown lights as early as January 2nd, based on customer preferences and weather.
Yes. All decorating product is purchased by the customer in the 1st year of decorating. All product is warrantied by Diamond Bright Holiday Lights for a period of (1) year from purchase date. All electric product, such as extension cords and timers, are leased by Diamond Bright Holiday Lights and will remain the property of the company at the end of the season. The maintenance agreement covers product failures within the warranty period. Any repairs after such period will be billed to the customer at a rate of $74 per labor hour and materials used, 1/2 hour minimum.
No, we automatically include storage in the pricing. That way you do not have to worry about storing and finding the lights every season!
